Don Hauka

Don Hauka is the driving force behind Hauka Creative Communications. He has over 25 years of professional experience as a communicator and journalist. A versatile and creative writer, he has worked in every medium, from print to broadcast, new media, stage and screen. As a journalist, he covered both Parliament Hill and the B.C. Legislature for The Province newspaper and Southam News. As a communicator, he’s toured Dr. David Suzuki across Canada, convinced the Lieutenant-Governor to stand on a stump on period costume and garnered international coverage for the “Proff vs. the Toff” debate. With an extensive network of media, government, corporate and community contacts, he can put you in touch with the right people, right now. He approaches challenges with a spirit of adventure and a sense of humour to find creative solutions to your communications needs.
